Team’s requirements all steps necessary are taken to reach this important goal and to keep the standards higher than the surrounding companies. Wade Dunham- Air Repair Service Manager

Wade attended Universal Technical Institute and obtained his HVAC certification. Although his recent marriage keeps him busy, he always has the time to help out his fellow workers or to serve a customer in need. What he enjoys most is the feeling of accomplishment when everyone comes together to address a situation, analyze it, and find the best solution. He strives to maintain customer satisfaction and to pass on knowledge gained from working with different situations.


Chip Goodman - Comfort Specialst / Sales 

Chip is an important part of the team at Air Repair. He is a problem-solver and a people person. Chip makes the customers feel at ease, and he loves knowing that he is saving customers money on their utility bills. Chip belives that the follow up after the sale is an important factor in keeping the customer satisfied. Golfing and fiootball are among his hobbies.  Chip is a member of local builder associations and remodeling council.


John Davis- Air Repair Technician

John has visited two different facilities to gain the knowledge and experience that makes him a viable asset to the company. A wonderful husband and an active dad to three children keep him busy in his down time. The fact that John loves to work with his hands only compliments Air Repair and the way they handle their cliental. His goal entering into a situation is to leave knowing the client is satisfied and the job is done correctly.


Albert J Simmers- Air Repair Warehouse Inventory Control

Albert maintains the warehouse for Air Repair. Albert takes care of the stock that comes in and manages it accordingly. He is the go-to-guy when the other employees need the correct material to get a job done quickly and efficiently. He jokes that the warehouse is his biggest challenge when confronting the desire to make his surroundings neat and organized. Being the biggest challenge though, also makes it one of his biggest accomplishments.


Vanessa Steele- Air Repair Office Manager

Vanessa loves the camaraderie of working in an office environment. The staff and owner keep her job interesting, and she is relied on by many. Vanessa always has a smile on her face for everyone that walks through the door and she enjoys the interaction she gets when working with many different people.


Ricky Higgins- Air Repair Duct Design/Superintendent

It would take at least half a page to list all of the certificates and schooling that makes him excellent at his job. Ricky brings to the team over 20 years experience working in the A/C-Heat business. At almost 10 years with Air Repair he agrees with the team in the respect that Air Repair is one of the most unique companies out there. Everyone associated with the company is taken care of and treated like family, and THAT you can rarely get anywhere else.


Dudley Thompson - Air Repair Technician

Aka Dudley Doright is a valuable asset to our technicial staff.  Dudley has over 20 years in the automotive repair bussiness before becoming an HVAC Technician. Dudley is a hands on type, he loves the position he is in currently. Mr. Doright maintains that not only customer satisfaction is important, but the quality of work is a direct reflection of Air Repair. To Dudley, it is always worth the time to see a job through to the end, guarantee client satisfaction, and stand by the jobs that the company receives. This insures the exceptional quality of work that has become part of Air Repairs signature service.


Ralph Blanco- Air Repair Owner

Rounding out his team Ralph owns and operates the company with a fair hand and an open heart. The people around him couldn’t offer enough compliments on the way he handles various situations. A bit of a perfectionist he likes to do work that goes above and beyond the need of the client. Ralph is just as proud of the company he owns as much as the people who work side by side with him. He and his employees have taken customer service to a new height, and he requires that his entire team do the job, and do it well. Although a born leader, Ralph loves talking to the people around him and finds their enthusiasm and the desire to learn contagious and fulfilling. Ralph feels that not only is Air Repair exceptional, but the work, the quality, and the willingness everyone shares to work together makes Air Repair a top notch company in this industry.
